Remember to tag any “bad patrons” with reference analytics.

| Library account info | This service is staffed by librarians all over Florida, so I cannot give you account-specific information, but I would be glad to send you contact information for your library. |
| No Question | Do you have a question I can help you with? Ask a Librarian is an online service to help you find the information you need when you need it. It is staffed by librarians from all over Florida. |
| No Response | Are you still with me? If you don’t have any other questions, I’m going to close out of this chat so I can help other customers. Please log in again if you need more help. |
| Please Hold | Please hold. I’m assisting another customer. I’ll be with you as soon as I can. |
| Spam | The IP address of your computer is tracked and recorded by Ask a Librarian. Abuse of this service is not tolerated and will be reported. |
